Overview

• It is necessary to complete the on-line registration for every participant who wants to attend the congress. ONLY on-line registration is available through the AAACPN website.
• The registration via email and fax will not be accepted.
• After you complete your on-line registration, you can only modify your personal information until the on-line registration deadline. If you wish to change your registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the Central Office by email at centraloffice@aaspn.org.
• A receipt for your registration can be issued and printed at 'My Page'.
• On-line registration will be available until the “Regular Registration” deadline.

Registration Fee

Attendees from ‘Low Income’ and ‘lower Middle Income’ countries based on ‘World Bank List of Economics (June, 2018)’ will get the discounted registration fee. During the online registration process, the discounted fee will be automatically applied if your countries are on the list.

Group Registration

There will be no group registration for the course. Every participant must sign up and complete their registration process individually. We do not offer any forms for the group registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Central Office in writing by e-mail at centraloffice@aaspn.org or fax to +82-2-538-1540. All refunds will be made after the course for administrative reasons. All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all registration refunds.
